Layer-Based Selection

Layer‑based selection commands let you pick objects grouped by the layer they’re assigned to. This allows you to isolate, edit, hide, or export geometry according to its layer assignment — rather than selecting object by object. In particular, the command Rhino command SelLayer` is used to select all objects on a specified layer.
