Orient
The Orient command lets you relocate selected objects so that two defined “source” points (on or around the object) are mapped to two “target” points in the destination space. In doing so, Rhino rotates, moves, and optionally scales the object so the first reference point matches the first target point, and the second reference point matches the second target point. This allows precise placement and alignment of geometry, especially when you need to map an object from one context to another with a change in orientation.
