Rebuild surface

The Rebuild command allows you to redefine a surface's underlying control point structure. It's especially useful for simplifying surfaces that are too dense or messy, such as those generated by complex operations. By adjusting point count and surface degree, you can make the geometry smoother, lighter, and easier to work with --- all while keeping its general shape intact.
